Responsible

• Ensure the cafe is clean and tidy.
• Be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant
• Hiring and training restaurant staff following company policies
• Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy.
• Solve problems and creating work schedules for restaurant staff
• Speaking with the customers to address concerns or solve problems
• Training staff to follow Cafe procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards.
• Keeping customers (new and returning) happy and handling complaints
• Organising schedules, keeping track of employees’ hours
• Ordering supplies, drinks while staying within budget limitations.
• Supervise staff to properly use coffee equipment and make drinks according to the recipe
• Examine goods and quality of received goods.
• Taking inventory of supplies and ordering new stock on a daily and weekly basis as needed
